3. Moisturize your skin

4. Stop smoking
Outside of your lung and heart, smoking cigarettes can cause skin damage. If you’re unable to quit smoking cigarettes, it can cause stress to the skin’s cells and result in blood vessels to shrink.
“The areas in which blood vessels transport fluid to your skin is shrinking over time, and this can lead to more wrinkles, premature ageing, and delay in repair of your face” according to Dr. Khetarpal.
“For people who smoke cigarettes and cigarettes, they are more vulnerable to infection as they take longer to heal.”
5. Do not pop your pimples.
